1. DELIVERY

Deliveries are based on fixed delivery dates and are only available in Canada and the United States via an authorized carrier. Unexpected delivery delays do not entitle customers to make claims. Please note that many carriers do not deliver on weekends.

1.1 CONDITIONS

Deliveries are fixed and only available in Canada and the United States through the chosen carrier. Carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Any delivery delays attributable to the carrier do not entitle the customer to claim damages.

1.2 SHIPPING FEES & TIMES

1.2.1 FEES
Delivery fees are added at the time of payment. Shipped packages are traceable. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with the tracking number of the selected carrier.

Standard Delivery: functionalab.com offers free shipping for orders of $90 or more (before taxes). For orders of $89.99 or less (before taxes), a flat fee of $9 CAD is added for deliveries within Canada, and a flat fee of $11 USD applies for the United States.

Please note that orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian holidays. The holiday season may result in additional delivery delays beyond our control and responsibility.

2. RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase on functionalab.com, you must contact our Customer Service team via the contact form within 30 days of receiving your package.
All requests will be reviewed promptly, and our Customer Service team will provide further instructions. Do not return products or your entire order without first contacting our Customer Service team.

Purchased items that have been opened or used are not eligible for returns. If a returned product is found to have been opened or used, the return and refund request will be denied. Personalized CODE treatments are not eligible for return or exchange, even if unopened.

For all purchases made on functionalab.com, all returned orders must include, at Functionalab’s discretion, any samples or gifts received during the transaction. If these conditions are not met, Functionalab reserves the right to deny the return and refund.
Only one return per order will be accepted, so please review your order carefully before contacting us.

This policy applies to purchases made on functionalab.com. Items purchased at Dermapure clinics or authorized partners must be returned, refunded, or exchanged at the original place of purchase.

2.1 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team within three days of receiving it, including proof of the damage.

2.1.2 DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving it, including proof of the defect.

2.2 ALLERGIES

If you experience an allergic reaction after using one of our products, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, including a photo of the affected area.

3. REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

If your request results in a refund, it will be processed within 15 days following your communication with our Customer Service team.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

Once your order is confirmed on the website, it is sent to our entity for processing and shipping. We cannot modify it.

5. PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN CLINICS OR OTHER SITES

If you purchased a product at a Dermapure clinic, an authorized partner clinic, or on dermapure.com and other partner sites, please contact the Customer Service team at the place of purchase for any returns or refunds.
