FUNCTIONS
Collagen Formula is a specific combination of vitamin C with amino acids to support natural collagen production, which helps skin elasticity and hydration.

DESCRIPTION
Collagen Formula main objective is to support natural collagen production, collagen being one of the key proteins, helping skin maintain its strength and elasticity. It is composed of a variety of amino acids, among them lysine and proline. Although the body can produce its own proline, lysine is an essential amino acid that human body cannot synthesize. The process by which lysine and proline are transformed into collagen requires Vitamin C. When Vitamin C is added to the skin cells that make collagen, total collagen production is increased.

SUGGESTED USE
3 to 5 capsules per day, in divided doses, with meals. For ages 12 and up. For best and longest-lasting results, use Collagen Formula for at least 3 months.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Orders shipped via 2nd day or Next Day Air Service Shipping and placed by 10:30am EST will be processed and shipped the same day while those placed after 10:30am EST will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability. How much time does it take before it works?
At Functionalab, we use the best quality supplements you can find. Giving an exact time would be unprofessional, as it all depends on your initial general health status and actual lifestyle. By following our Beauty-Nutrition specialist recommendations, it is possible to observe some benefits during the first 30 days. You will even feel better in the next 60 days. Are Functionalab products tested for various allergies?
Functionalab labels list the allergens as required by law. In the US, we are required to list ingredients that contain one of the 8 major allergens (e.g. milk, fish, nuts, soy, etc.). It is important to carefully read the label to make sure that you can take our products.

Do I have to reorder a backordered item?
If a product is not in stock, you will be immediately notified while you are shopping. In the interim, alternative suggestions will be made to you. You will also have the option to leave your email so as to be notified when we receive the product. You will not be charged for a backordered item.

Are Functionalab products adequate for Vegetarians or Vegans?
It depends on how strict you are following your vegetarian or vegan diet. Please note that if a gelatin capsule is used (indicated as "gelatin capsule") it is from bovine. We list fish gelatin as well. If you are looking for vegetarian capsules, these are from plant cellulose and it will be indicated on the label.

I forgot my password
If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address via our "Password Retrieval" section. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different address than the one used to register. If you request to have your password emailed to you, your credit card information will be automatically deleted from your profile for your protection.

Are the products Gluten-free?
Functionalab products are not specifically tested for gluten. However, gluten is not added to our products. In general, most products would not be known to contain gluten.

What happens when I take your products for hair, skin and nails?
Our Hair, Skin & Nails products are a synergistic combination of nutrients and extracts that support the fortification, repair and revitalization of hair, skin and nails. They provide the elements to support healthy growth of hair and nails particularly.

Is there a specific age to take Anti-Age 40+?
Yes, our Anti-Age skin formula had been specifically developed to offer optimal support to a more mature skin. This formula particularly fights free radicals that form as a result of pollution, cigarette smoke and other environmental toxins, providing optimal radiance to mature skin.

At what age can I start taking Age Defense?
