FAQ ORDERING

• How can I be sure you received my order?

  You will receive confirmation of your order within minutes of your purchase. If you don't receive this email, please contact us via the "Contact us" section of our website.

• How do I know if my order has been shipped?

  When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Typically most Ground Shipping orders in domestic US are processed and shipped within 2 business days, depending on product availability. Orders shipped via 2nd day or Next Day Air Service Shipping and placed by 10:30am EST will be processed and shipped the same day while those
placed after 10:30am EST will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability. See Shipping Options.

• How can I track my order?

  You can track your order via the "My Account" section of our website. You can also see past orders in the "Order History" section.

• Do I have to reorder a backordered item?

  If a product is not in stock, you will be immediately notified while you are shopping. In the interim, alternative suggestions will be made to you. You will also have the option to leave your email so as to be notified when we receive the product. You will not be charged for a backordered item.

• I forgot my password

  If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address via our "Password Retrieval" section. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different address than the one used to register. If you request to have your password emailed to you, your credit card information will be automatically deleted from your profile for your protection.
